To reset the puff counter on your Voopoo Argus, simply press and hold the fire button and the down (-) button simultaneously for about 2 seconds. The screen will flash, and your puff count will clear back to zero. If you are trying to reset a frozen device, click the power button rapidly 5 times to turn it completely off, wait 10 seconds, and click it 5 times again to reboot the system chip.
