Ordering & Payment (Safe, Secure, Accurate)

Delivery Information

We ship to all regions of the UK, including:

European Delivery
We deliver to selected European countries where vape imports are permitted. Typical delivery times: 2–11 working days. Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. For returns from EU customers, please see Refunds & Returns.
USA Delivery
We also ship to eligible U.S. states. Typical delivery times: 3–17 working days. Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges.
Age-Restricted Deliveries

Returns & Refunds (Clear, Fair, Customer-Friendly)

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:
- E-liquids
- Vape coils
- Refill pods
- Vape kits that have been used or activated
If your item is faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. Proof of purchase may be required.
Battery Recycling (Eco-Friendly Responsibility)
We follow all UK recycling requirements, including the:
