Vaping is proven to be the most effective quit-smoking tool, better than nicotine patches or gum, and programs like the NHS’s "swap to stop" offer free vape kits. With over 5.1 million adults vaping in 2023, the industry faces environmental challenges as 5 million disposable vapes are discarded weekly. New vaping taxes in 2026 aim to preserve affordability for smokers transitioning to vapes.
